    International Shipping:

    Free Shipping on any order over $200.

    Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

    International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Gonepants.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

    Gonepants.com ships to more than 20 countries. You can choose your shipping country during checkout.

    We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

    Order Cancellations:

    Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.

    You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

    Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

  • Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days unless stated otherwise in the product description.

    During a big release there may be slower then usual fulfilment times. Although we will mention this on the website.

    We ship domestic (Canada) via Canada Post or Intelcom and international with USPS express shipping for the fastest most reliable service available

  • Under current U.S. Customs rules, shipments valued at under $800 USD generally enter the U.S. without tariffs or duties. Since most of our orders are well below this threshold, you should not expect additional customs charges.

    However, for larger orders where the total shipment value exceeds $800 USD, U.S. tariffs and duties may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.

    Please also note that U.S. Customs processing times can occasionally cause shipping delays. While this is rare for smaller shipments, we will keep you updated if we become aware of any delays.
